Because it offers recreational activities which can also be defined as adventure. Design, quality and security in: overhead circuits in the forest, archery, paintball, activities with four-wheel drives, quads, horse riding, low ropes and high ropes games, fishing classes, wildlife watching, etc.

RECREATION
Because it is also directed to another type of client: Individuals, families, schools, etc. Recreation, learning and r ela xation in nature.

NATURE
Because it's the soul of the CARN: Interpretation, respect and synergy with nature are part of all CARN activities. Learning, watching, listening, feeling and respecting nature in its ecosystem. All above mentioned points explain why a CARN must be build and the reasons why a CARN can not be situated in any area.

3.The business is independent from seasons, because the different activities can be carried out all year long. Corporate clients will mainly occupy the time from Monday to Friday, except on holidays. On holidays, bank holidays and weekends normal tourists will come to the centre.

OT Company provides management, marketing and operation of the CARN centres as well as selection and training of the staff.
