All accommodations and hotel facilities (recreation) are manufactured according to the following technical characteristics:

Tipos de madera
We use larch, pine or European fir for our constructions. These are the strongest of the softwoods. We work with durable wood for outdoor use which is easy to handle with manual or electric tools. The wood receives fire resistance, anti-fungus and anti-moisture treatment.

Selección de los materiales
The constructions are made of laminated planks (composed by three selected planks with inverted shores to compensate and avoid the possibility of twisting), dried to 10% and treated organically. The use of planks and not trunks is due to the behaviour of wood in the process of natural drying. The rings of each plank sawed in four go from side to side and they have practically the same length, therefore, they suffer minimum distortion. These characteristics make of planks sawed in four the most durable and stable, being the most adequate for the construction.

Asentamiento constructivo
All wood facilities rest on the constructions foundation by their own weight because all applied elements (pine, larch and fir) have an average dry weight of between 480 to 590 kg/m3 which means that the weight per sqm is very high, averaging a weight of approximately 22 t per house (for a 60 sqm house), the fastening of parts is done by double tongued and grooved timber with isolators. No other fixations are used which facilitates installation and dismounting. At the same time these are strong and secure structures which minimize the effect of all kinds of natural hazards.
