Resistant, safe and durable facilities can only be obtained with excellent material and the best installation. This is a vital procedure for the profitability of the construction of an adventure centre. This is the reason why we are very demanding when it comes to selecting the design, selecting the material and the necessary elements and components to convert our adventure facilities into the most secure and entertaining. All our installations dispose of technical architecture certification as for the design as well as for the construction.
Our facilities are constructed with wood which confers an optimal hardness (density) and resistance. With the different treatments of autoclave impregnations we achieve a high durability with a minimum of maintenance.
Every single element such as pins, fittings, riggings, bolts, foundations, seats, pulleys, is of high quality and has a security certificate.
Guarantees
All our projects and facilities have a two year guarantee covering all manufacturing and installation defects.
Elements like the wood we use for our facilities have an additional guarantee up to 10 years against
xylophagous
following the European standards BS in ISO 9001-9002. Due to our special treatment of the wood no annual lacquer impregnation and no additional maintenance is required. Maintenance
Most of the infrastructure is located outside and therefore exposed to weather and fair wear and tear. It is our opinion that a maintenance and control service, carried out by experts, is necessary.
All our staff is duly qualified and familiar with the material and installation techniques as well as with the active and passive security systems used in our facilities. This is the result of our experience in vertical construction.
In the first year, all our projects include a maintenance service without additional costs.
